Prizegiving on Monday 23 October will be at the Wharepapa South Hall at the corner of Wharepapa South Road and Owairaki Valley Road.

No late entries will be accepted after this date.
No entries on the day will be accepted.
This is due to time to print programs and catering.
In the event of cancellation of the event for whatever reason, i.e. adverse weather or any other unforeseen reason outside the control of either Club, full refunds will be provided but may take up to 28 days to process.
