Bikes must have a working lanyard; a rear sprocket which is covered so no holes remain visible; and a chain guard (e.g. a shark fin) to prevent trapping between the lower chain run and the rear sprocket.

No camping or dogs are allowed at the properties because these are both working farms.

In the event of cancellation of the event for whatever reason (e.g. adverse weather or other unforeseen circumstances outside the control of the organisers) 70% of the entry fee will be refunded. This may take up to one month to process.
