This is a team’s event and there will be riders from different grades in each team. The scores of the riders will be added together and the winning team will be the one with the lowest total. The team which wins will receive the historic Tullett shield and their names will be engraved on it.

You can form a team before the trial or just turn up on the day and we will fit you into a team

Len Tullett was Pioneer’s secretary for 10 years from 1937 to 1947. He was a popular member who made a significant contribution to the Club as a committee member and as the first editor of the Megaphone.  After Len’s death in 1947 an annual inter club trial was run for several years.  Each club entered a team and competed for the Tullett Memorial Shield.
