Tullett Memorial Trial

September 28 @ 9:30 am - 3:30 pm
$20

This will be a team’s event.   There will be three grades: Red, yellow and blue and each team will have a red, yellow and blue rider.  The scores of the riders will be added together and the winning team will be the one with the lowest score.  The Tullett shield will be awarded to the winners.   You can form a team before the trial or just turn up and we will fit you into one.   If all the riders in the team are on old bikes (twin shocks or air cooled monos), the team won’t need to have a red rider.

Len Tullett was Pioneer’s secretary for 10 years from 1937 to 1947 and was a popular member who did a lot of work for the club.  After Len’s death in 1947 the Club ran an annual inter club trial for a several years.  Each club entered a team and competed for the Tullett Memorial Shield.
