New Zealand Open Trial – 14 December

The New Zealand Open Trial was held in Wellington and run by the Ixion, who offered to host it after the nationals at Alexandra were cancelled. The trial was for expert riders and at stake was the NZ Experts trophy which is normally contested on day 1 of the New Zealand Trials Championship. Matt Foster won the trial and is the NZ Experts winner for 2024.
